When we first met Chrissie Carr,we had been looking for just the right home for quite a while. It had to be the right size,the right look,the right everything. Chrissie never gave up on us,and one day she called to say she had something we needed to see:five acres,french windows all around,a view to die for. She knew so much about what we wanted that when we drove up we didn't even have to go inside, I just said this is it, we'll take it! And we did. Chrissie knew exactly what the house was worth, how it met our needs and finances,and she had a genuine feel for the seller's needs. Even though there were other offers on the table,some for more money, hey accepted ours. They liked us,they liked Chrissie,they liked what we wanted to do with the property.

All of this was due to Chrissie's special way with people. She is professional,honest and above-board,and makes everything a win/win situation. She handled any problem that came up,no matter how small. Buying a house is one of the scariest and hardest things families do. Worrying about the legal mumbo-jumbo can be extremely nerve-wracking.  Chrissie and her assistant,Jasmin Prol,kept us informed on an almost daily basis and made sure all of our paperwork was done correctly and on time. Chrissie answered all our questions,explained things and we never once had to close our eyes and pray that all would be well as we signed,we knew it would be.

You think I am exaggerating? Not so. Chrissie has handled four sales and two purchases for us. And she is the only realtor we will ever use.
